In this episode, host Amy Osborne and Taina Rodriguez Berardi explore the many traditions and practices of yoga on and off the mat - from hot vinyasa, to Hathayoga, to washing dishes at the kitchen sink.
Taina shares a wealth of knowledge as a yoga educator, scholar and practitioner - as well as a mom to two twin toddlers.
Join us in exploring how yoga can be applied off the mat and the benefits unlocked when we challenge outdated limitations of the practice.
